Overseas Dragon.

Overseas Dragon is not a stylish chain restaurant. The tables are colorless formica, the soup spoons are disposable plastic. And the walls are just as likely to be decorated with a cheap poster of a European landscape as to be left totally bare. But they make a delicious fast food lunch- like the spicy fried Korean-style dumplings pictured above.

We ate twice at the Overseas Dragon in Tin Hau nr Causeway Bay HK and found it was clean, with glass top tables and china spoons. The steamed dumplings were perfect, fresh and hot, the fried dumplings equally good and the soup and good variety of condiments eg minced garlic, chilli bean oil, sesame soy and others. Drinks varied and all very cheap. Staff friendly and willing to help us rookies from UK. Highly recommended. j and G
